South Suburban Food Pantries
The Village of Flossmoor has compiled a list of area food pantries that serve for people experiencing food insecurity as well as for individuals interested in donating or volunteering. Many food pantries in the south suburbs are supported by the Greater Chicago Food Depository, a non-profit organization that strives to end hunger by connecting neighbors with healthy food and advancing solutions that address the root causes of hunger. For more information about the Greater Chicago Food Depository visit www.chicagosfoodbank.org.
