Fire Inspection Programs & Inspectional Services

The Fire Department conducts fire inspections of all commercial properties, schools, and apartment buildings semi-annually.

Additionally, the Fire Department oversees the Department of Inspection Services. The Inspectional Services Administrator reports directly to the Assistant Fire Chief and subsequently the Fire Chief. This structure helps to ensure that the fire department has direct input as to the as-built environment and fire safety within the Village.
